Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. This cancellation policy explains how to change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
By subscribing, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the length and frequency of the subscription you selected.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each such delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon. We may not collect any payment or a partial deposit at the time of ordering, store your payment method, and then process the full or remaining payment at a later date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been processed. If the order has been processed, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our return policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you order an item to try before you buy, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You have a certain period of time to decide whether to keep the item. After this period, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
